Mars !

It has a slightly ellipsoidal with an equatorial diameter of 6,794 km and 6,750km polar. Micro metric measurements have shown a very precise flattening of0.01, three times that of the earth. Because of this flattening, the axis of rotationis affected by a slow precession due to the attraction of the sun on the planet's equatorial bulge. Lunar Precession, which on Earth is more than twice solar,has no counterpart on Mars.

With this diameter, a volume of 15/100 the land mass and only 11 cents.Consequently, the density is lower than that of the Earth: 3.94 in relation to water. A body transported to Mars would weigh 1/3 of its weight on Earth .
